ROMANTIC GIFTS FOR VALENTINES DAY!

Not sure what to get that special someone for Valentines Day? We all want to sweep our sweethearts off their feet, claws, adhesive membranes, or what-have-you. Here are some time-tested ideas that have always worked for me:
1). Planets: They may not be that original, but planets make nice gifts, especially when they’re balmy and blue. (Helpful hint: Keep your ships on stand-by in case of hostile fire).
2). Holy Relics: Enshrine your beloved’s toe clippings and declare them holy. Confer sainthood on your love and establish a new religion. Your valentine will be impressed, and it will give them something to do.
3). Here Come the Clones: Is your darling tired of running a planet or playing Pope? Then clone yourself.  Just make your doubles a little less clever than you.
4). And finally, the Ultimate Valentine’s Day Gift:  Has your sweetie forgotten how much you’ve won for them (planets), done for them (conferred sainthood), or spent with them (the tango-dancing clones)? Send them to seventh heaven. Nothing says "I love you" like a one-way trip to paradise.
Hope this helps! Happy Valentines Day, everyone!

I HAVE A TWIN, BUT FOR NOW, SHE'S DEAD

Not saying I killed her, or anything. My memory lately...honestly, I just don't remember. I suppose it's possible.

Here's her blog link. It's  suzenyms.blogspot.ca. She hasn't posted since March 30, 2011, when she finished a copy-edit of some book called Tesseracts Fifteen: A Case of Quite Curious Tales. Maybe that's what killed her.

I wonder, were we alike? Maybe I'll resurrect her to find out.

A METHOD TO THE MADNESS - DEBUT POST!

Greetings, Citizens of Virgo Supercluster! So glad you've seen the sense in following my new blog! It's always better to avoid unpleasantness when you can, isn't it? But let's not dwell on that! You're here! You're reading! Wonderful!

Of course, this debut post is to introduce the  "A METHOD TO THE MADNESS, A Guide to the Super Evil" anthology, featuring an essay by YOURS TRULY, edited by Jeffrey Hite and Michell Plested. Jeff and Mike aren't particularly important, but they've been useful to me in their own small way. Thank you, boys! As for the other 'evil geniuses' who have contributed to this book, I have no idea who they are, or where they're hiding, but I will track them down. Come out, come out, wherever you are! (I'm sure they're trying very hard to be as diabolical as possible. So cute!)

The anthology debuts June 2013, Earth time. It's published by Five Rivers Publishing. Look for it (and ME!) n bookstores and on-line. http://madscientistsanthology.wordpress.com/news/
